ORDERS, PURCHASES & PAYMENT METHODS

HOW DO I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?
For every Studio Zagara order, we send an order confirmation email, sent to the same email used to make the purchase, which contains your order number. 
Be sure to check all inboxes as your order confirmation may have been sent to your spam folder. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
If you would like to change your delivery address once you've made your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours.
Please keep in mind that, as we will endeavour to dispatch your Studio Zagara item as soon as possible, we will not be able to make any modifications to the original delivery address if your order will already have been shipped.
Should this be the case, please get in touch with the shipping courier, which will be disclosed in your order confirmation email.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.  
Once your parcel will have been collected and scanned into the shipping courier's system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order.
Please note that it may take a couple of hours for you to be able to track your order. 
If your order will have been dispatched over the weekend, your courier will update its tracking services on the next available business day.
Please keep in mind that during various holiday periods, tracking services may be delayed. 

DOES STUDIO ZAGARA SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes! Studio Zagara ships worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

DOES STUDIO ZAGARA OFFER A GIFT RECEIPT WITH PURCHASE?Unfortunately, we do not offer gift receipts with purchase at this time.

DOES STUDIO ZAGARA OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Studio Zagara offers both digital and physical gift cards. 
Digital gift cards are emailed directly to the recipient, whereas physical gift cards are posted to the desired shipping address.
Please email us at info@studiozagara.com for postage rates on physical gift cards as these are subject to separate charges, which are not included on the checkout page and will be sent to the Buyer as a separate Draft Order.
Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and will expire 1 year after the date of purchase.

Studio Zagara reserves the right to detect and check the validity of the card used and may decline transactions depending on the result of these checks.



DOES STUDIO ZAGARA OFRFER BESPOKE SOURCING? 
Yes, we do! Studio Zagara offers bespoke sourcing on vintage and antique items and homewares such as the ones listed on our Site, as well as jewellery and some furniture pieces. 
The bespoke sourcing fee for any and all Studio Zagara items is 20% of the item’s retail value.
VAT is charged on the cumulative total of item(s) sourced as well as on the sourcing fee.
Please note that lead times may vary depending on the time of year (i.e.- busy periods and holiday seasons) as well as on the nature of the request and the amount of requests for bespoke sourcing that we may be dealing with at the point of contact.  
For this reason, we kindly advise for you to get in touch with us for any bespoke enquiries at your earliest convenience, and we will be able to provide an estimated lead time with consideration to the aforementioned factors.
In the case of any bespoke enquiries to be fulfilled by a specific date, please get in touch three months in advance of the desired deadline.

If an item appears on our Site as "on hold", this means it is currently on hire.

PACKAGING
All Studio Zagara packaging is sourced from local and independent suppliers and is made from recycled, carbon-neutral materials. 



PRODUCT CARE, MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS

The care for your Studio Zagara piece may vary depending on material, as each item is one of a kind. 
If applicable, individual care instructions will be displayed on our Site's corresponding product pages.
In addition to being displayed online, you will be able to find care instructions in your parcel, should you purchase one of our items which contains specific product care. 
As our items carry with them years of history, they are sold on our Site as seen, and should not be viewed as damaged or flawed.
Studio Zagara does not offer repairs on any items by or after the time of purchase.
It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange any desired repairs on an item by or after the time of purchase.
In the event that your parcel arrives with any damages or defects, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue as soon as possible.
