SHIPPING
Shipping options and charges are provided on the checkout page of our Site for domestic and international orders.
Complimentary express shipping is offered to domestic UK orders over £175.
Please note this option must be manually selected.
Your shipping options may vary depending on your location.
In addition, the size and weight of your Studio Zagara item may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Please note that additional import duties and local taxes may apply upon receipt of the order.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Once your order has been placed, your parcel will be dispatched within 48 working hours.
Please note that unless requested, you will not receive a printed receipt with your purchase, as your order confirmation will be sent to you via email.
If you would like a printed receipt with your purchase, you can add a note to your order in your cart upon checkout.
Please email us at ciao@studiozagara.com for lead times regarding bespoke sourcing and hiring Studio Zagara items, as certain items may already be hired out for the specific time you may have in mind.
Please note that during sale periods and holidays time frames may be extended.
Should this be the case, we will email you with such notification.
Once your has been dispatched, expected delivery times are as follows:
For domestic UK orders, 1-3 working days for express delivery and 2-4 working days standard delivery.
For international orders, 2-11 working days for express delivery and 3-17 working days standard delivery.
Please note that during sale periods and holidays the shipping courier's delivery aims may be extended.
Studio Zagara is not responsible for courier delays.
Please note that depending on your location, you may be subject to additional customs and import duty or tax requirements in accordance with local destination laws, for which Studio Zagara is not responsible.
Studio Zagara is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We will assist in providing any information pertaining to the items of your order.
If the goods are returned to us, as per our terms and conditions you will not receive a refund for outgoing shipping.
Shipping expenses must be covered by the buyer if the order is to be resent, and a separate invoice will be sent accordingly.
No refund will be made in respect of any Studio Zagara items damaged due to multiple deliveries, returns and excessive handling due to importers' failure to comply with customs and import regulations.
Please note that we will not be able to make any modifications to the shipping address if your order will already have been dispatched.
If needed, please get in touch with the shipping courier, which will be disclosed in your order confirmation email.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your Studio Zagara purchase, you will have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or bespoke sourced items as they are considered as final sale.
We do not offer a refund for goods returned to us after 14 days.
We do not offer any exchanges as each item is one of a kind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be notified by Studio Zagara once your return has been received and inspected, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds on your purchase will be issued less the cost of shipping.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your reimbursement, please get in touch so that we can investigate the process.
Upon the date of our acceptance of your refund request, you will have 14 days to ship your item back to Studio Zagara, at your own cost.
We highly recommend purchasing insurance for your return shipment.
If an item is returned back to us altered, damaged or broken we cannot refund your purchase.
In addition, no refund will be made in respect of any Studio Zagara items damaged due to multiple deliveries, returns and excessive handling due to importers' failure to comply with customs and import regulations.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish you to cancel your order, please notify us at info@studiozagara.com within 24 hours of placing the order as we endeavour to dispatch your item as soon as possible.
Please note, it can take up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
DEFECTS, DAMAGES & ISSUES
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that our pieces at Studio Zagara may show signs of age and wear, so any imperfections that do not prohibit the function of an item should not be viewed as defective, damaged, or flawed, as we will not treat them as such.
