Sourced in Manchester, this Antique Indian Teak Bowl contains ribbed motifs along its thick exterior walls, and a smooth interior with a flat base. The rim is not perfectly level, which adds to its floral-like charm.
Teak's natural oils make it exceedingly durable in exposed locations and make the timber termite, pest, moisture and rot resistant; a perfect natural preservative for the material in a time where protective products were not yet in existence.
